Retail Sales Associate in Medina, OH

They get you lot in with decent pay, and big thoughts of commission if you lot're in sales. But the entire process will never let you succeed. The play favorites heavily. A few "heavy hitters" on the sales team and everyone else picks up their slack. Management is horrible. No advice and the issues are never solved. The director of operations... you can't get ahold of him and no one really knows what he does. Poor leadership and his wife is favored. Y'all can practise well financially hither if you work well over the scheduled hours. I mean hours actress a 24-hour interval but to succeed. The owners seem similar proficient people but I think this identify blew up besides fast. They promote people who aren't qualified to fill new positions needed then they wonder why the organisation fails. It's non the employees fault they don't railroad train well. Yous will waste plenty of time in the preparation room learning things that don't help you with your actual job. Overall this chore is disappointing. Changes are never made and there is nothing worse than a managing director who reprimands some employees and let's other go abroad with murder. I wouldn't recommend NDM.

This is the most disorganized and poorly managed place I've ever worked. Favoritism galore, absolutely zero communication, no reviews, no increment of pay. At that place are no bonuses ever…but they expect you to go above and beyond for them without ever giving their employees anything to compensate. You are not paid adequately for anything y'all exercise…and if you exercise a peachy job….they pile more on you without any further compensation. They rent people that take no idea what they are doing to "manage" departments. They never fix whatsoever issues and let them fester until it'due south too late. The upper management is a joke. All they care virtually are making money and themselves…not the employees that make coin for them. They betoken fingers and never take responsibility for anything and don't trust their employees. They blame them for any problems that happen fifty-fifty though information technology starts at the top and trickles down. They take "closed door" meetings where they get nothing accomplished. They have an "employee retention commission" that has people on it that frequently say they don't need whatever of their employees and they tin all just quit because they volition exist replaced. The turnover charge per unit is outrageous. They don't know what half of their employees fifty-fifty do and think they are lazy when they are working their behinds off. They get people in trouble for petty things while others get away with anything and everything. You can't trust management….but a few decent people. They don't care about the customers either. Only nearly making a quick buck. The "Hr" is outsourced and Non on your side. Run far abroad!!!

This is i of the most toxic places I've e'er worked. The direction is terrible and the people are worse. If you want to work for a place where you'll never see a raise and the warehouse constantly loses materials, this is your place. I wouldn't recommend this identify to my worst enemy. You tin can't trust your co-workers. There are a couple good people in the sales squad just unfortunately the bad out weighs the good here.

Upper management tries to go out of giving reviews and/or whatsoever kind of raises. They never give a pat on the dorsum.....the battles they cull to "pick" are and then petty and the complaints received from customers are numerous, but are normally automatically blamed on the front desk. Lots of drama and poorly managed and run. Would not recommend!
